TipsHaler\u00ae<\/sup> is manufactured in an ISO 13485: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 certified French factory.<\/p>\n Several studies have been carried out to assess the efficiency of the TipsHaler\u00ae<\/sup> valved holding chamber with most of the available metered dose inhalers delivered drugs. <\/strong><\/p>\n TipsHaler\u00ae<\/sup> is an optimized valved holding chamber for inhaled corticosteroids<\/p>\n The Isobreath\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0inspiratory valve (international patents apply is a conical anti-reversal valve which provides a progressive calibrated resistance to inspiration to promote deep pulmonary distribution of fine particles and to minimize their impaction into the oropharyngeal cavity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n A conical valve designed to modulate the respiratory flow<\/strong><\/p>\n Decreasing the inhalation speed rate of the particles improves the deep pulmonary deposition of the drug.<\/p>\n Thanks to its distinctive shape, the Isobreath\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0valve is designed to avoid any resistance to the toddlers\u2019 low flow thanks to its slight opening at rest and is designed to progressively oppose significant resistance to high inspiratory flows.<\/p>\n The expiratory valve: a visual control<\/strong><\/p>\n TipsHaler\u00ae<\/sup> is equipped with a visible and removable exhalation expiratory valve, that allows visual control of the drug inhalation. This valve prevents the inhalation of outside air and decreases minimises the number of breaths required to inhale the drug medicine. It is essential for effective use, especially for very young user.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div> The TipsHaler\u00ae<\/sup> valved holding chamber offers optimised shape and material for better selection of fine particles and better pulmonary distribution of the medication.<\/p>\n The bowl shape at the front of TipsHaler\u00ae<\/sup> combined with a better control of the electrostatic charge of the material, allows to capture and block in the chamber the larger particles that would have impact the mouth and throat. These particles can potentially cause side effects and have no therapeutic effect. These characteristics therefore allow for a better selection of the finest particles that will go to treat the deep lung.<\/p>\n OrHal\u00ae<\/sup><\/a><\/strong>, the first pediatric and adult partitioned inhalation mask was developed to optimized inhaled treatments.<\/strong><\/p>\n From 12 months old, the nose gradually becomes efficient as a filter against the inhalation of foreign particles thanks to the ciliary system and nasal mucus.
