TipsHaler® spacer device was specifically developed to address hand-lung coordination issues, thus preventing side effects. Thanks to its unique technical features, it minimizes particle impaction in the throat while promoting deposition in the lower lungs , where medication particles are most needed.
Metered-dose inhalers require good hand-lung coordination between pressing the spray button to trigger the dose and inhaling when the puff is delivered. Poor coordination can cause side effects (throat irritation, coughing, oral and throat thrush) and significantly reduce the effectiveness of the treatment. To learn more, click here.

In France, you can change your inhalation chamber every 6 months since 2 inhalation chambers per year per patient are covered.
Thanks to its flexible, airtight partition between the nose and mouth, OrHal® prevents inhalation through the nose, promoting inhalation through the mouth. To learn more about the specific features of our mask, click here .

TipsHaler® inhalation chamber is designed with a suitable shape and materials, reducing the impact of larger particles on the mouth and throat, thus promoting better selection of fine particles.

Spectroscopic measurements indicate that the use of TipsHaler® significantly reduces oropharyngeal deposition. It also directs fine particles towards the alveoli (levels 6, 7, and 8), promoting precise drug distribution where its effectiveness is maximized, while minimizing deposition in the mouth and throat.
The measurements were taken with perfect coordination of medication delivery between the hand and lung.
