MinimHal® Vet is a low volume (60ml) inhalation chamber that can be adapted to the small respiratory volumes of animals.
This inhalation chamber allows the use of both a pressurized metered-dose inhaler and an Aéroneb® type mesh nebulizer or a jet (pneumatic) nebulizer, without opening the circuit.
The MinimHal® Vet inhalation chamber has been specially designed to improve pulmonary drug deposition in animals on ventilators. Thanks to its small volume, MinimHal® Vet is particularly suitable for animals with small respiratory volumes.
Its use helps to limit interventions on the ventilation circuit, particularly during a change of treatment, thus reducing the risks of contamination of the ventilation circuit.
MinimHal® Vet can be positioned at different levels of the mechanical ventilation circuit, invasive or non-invasive.
The MinimHal® Vet inhalation chamber consists of two connectors for medications. One allows the administration of medications via pressurized metered-dose inhalers and the second allows administration via vibrating mesh nebulizers such as AeroNeb® or pneumatic jet nebulizers.
MinimHal® Vet connects directly to 15mm diameter ventilation circuits without an adapter. Adapters can be used to connect it to circuits of different diameters.
